This position is focused on effectively selling the widest range of the company’s products to assigned customers while ensuring an exceptional level of customer service. The role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at fostering strong client relationships, managing inventory, and providing valuable insights on competition while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell the widest range of the company’s products to assigned customers and provide feedback on any competitive activity within the area.
• Ensure the proper implementation of planograms.
• Issue special order requests as needed.
• Collect invoices according to the company’s aging policy.
• Prepare all necessary documents for the call cycle or business review before going to the market.
• Detect and report new customers in the area to the team leader.
• Sell to all potential customers.
• Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders to the team leader along with the daily collection for the distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products if available, and obtain approval from the superior before actual returns.
• Report any problems or objections encountered that could not be handled directly to the team leader.
• Review customer account reconciliation quarterly and obtain customer signatures/approvals.
• Perform inventory checks during every visit, covering both warehouses and shelves.
