Sales Executive ( Jazan)

About the Role
The position involves assisting in the development of the annual sales plan along with the line manager, maintaining detailed records of clients, and driving sales through regular client engagement. The role requires a proactive approach to client management and a commitment to continuous improvement in operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drawing up the sales plan annually with the line manager.
• Keep records of former, existing, and potential clients, including individual profiles.
• Organize regular visits to engage potential clients and secure contracts.
• Prepare a monthly schedule documenting all sales and related activities for the preceding month.
• Record statistics related to sales accounts.
• Stay informed about operations, especially within key departments.
• Review and investigate client complaints, ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
• Maintain strong relationships with professionals, the press, media, employees, clients, and potential supporters.
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and processes to ensure controlled and consistent work.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, practices, cost-effectiveness, and productivity.
• Promote adherence to company policies and procedures internally.
• Monitor daily operations related to the role to ensure continuity of work.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports that meet operational requirements, objectives, and standards.
• Ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing needs promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
