Position

The role of a Sales Exec will be based in Dubai managing the Saudi Market with key focus on achieving the assigned sales targets & objectives and building new business, managing key accounts across the Kingdom, maintaining and building a strong relationship within these key accounts, functioning as a single point of contact.

Responsibilities

  • Takes responsibility for and ownership of prospective and existing customers within KSA.
  • Achieving assigned Sales Targets within the assigned region and strategic accounts.
  • Developing strategies to acquire net-new business and meet targets for growth.
  • Developing and delivering value proposition to prospects within KSA.
  • Calls on existing and potential clients to identify their current or prospective needs and provide information about products/services including demonstrations and quotations.
  • Prospects daily to increase wallet share within existing customer base. This prospecting includes leveraging referrals and working with the Channel and Inside Sales.
  • Creates and routinely updates a dynamic territory plan, highlighting regional targets, key targets, vertical opportunities, etc.
  • Researches and develops sales presentations to effectively relate products/services to potential customers' needs.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of products/services, sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery/installation policies and practices to be able to respond to customer requests for information. Manages overall client relationships, has overall responsibility for the maintenance and development of business from existing clients.
  • Responsible for accurate forecast – maintains required sales and call records and prepares reports as required.
  • Leverages marketing events/activities as well as attending relevant industry events and trade shows to ensure Entrust brand recognition within the marketplace.
  • Is accountable for accurately reporting and documenting all contacts, and engaging in proper and timely follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Ensures the pre-sales endorsement/presentation of Entrust products.
  • Represents the Company at exhibitions, conferences, and speaking engagements to assist in explaining technical and performance information.
  • Works closely with other Sales Executives, TSC’s and Sales Director.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Multilingual: must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Regional experience within the assigned countries (KSA).
  • A minimum of 8+ years’ experience in sales, preferably within the Information security space, Digital Identity, Software & Cloud Services by selling complex solutions to senior personnel.
  • New account development experience; awareness of target markets and product offerings of competitors.
  • Account relationship management experience as evidenced by opening, growing, and maintaining fortune level accounts.
  • A proven and successful track record of closing multi-solution key deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to learn our products/services, sales strategies, and pricing understanding of security solutions would be a definite asset (Crypto solutions, PKI, HSM’s, encryption, etc.).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
  • Strong teaming skills – ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.

Travel Requirements
Minimum of 50% time spent in KSA.

The successful candidate should be highly motivated, possess a flexible attitude to work, be analytical in thinking and have the ability to interact at all levels. Ability to handle frequent travel and the stress of sales.
