Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits to customers.
- Provide customers with information about available models, including current and upcoming vehicle availability.
- Explain services offered at the point of sale, including vehicle registration, insurance, financing, and aftersales services.
- Recommend relevant optional equipment and accessories based on customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall dealership sales objectives.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, including vehicle prices, discounts, financing requirements, and related costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up consistently with potential and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate vehicle registration and insurance requirements with the Customer Relations Representative – Sales.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper to ensure a smooth and timely handover.
- Keep customers informed throughout the purchasing and delivery process.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Provide a professional and high-quality customer experience aligned with company standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within an automotive or car sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of standard computer applications.
- Strong telephone and computer skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced automotive environment.
