Sales Executive

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, initiating, and conducting the sales process with corporate customers, contributing to the achievement of sales targets. You will explore market opportunities, establish effective business relationships, and collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Explore market opportunities and identify corporate customers for rental and lease sales business.
• Generate inquiries through cold calls and other methods to approach potential customers.
• Discuss customer requirements, identify and qualify their needs, and propose suitable solutions that align with their requirements, product-mix, model-mix, and financial constraints.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers to sustain existing business and acquire additional accounts.
• Coordinate with operations for deliveries and pickups, ensuring contracts are signed by customers and forwarded to the accounts department.
• Prepare and maintain visit/call reports/logs, highlighting salient features and advising the manager accordingly.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly on agreed performance data, comparing actual with targeted/budgeted performance, and recommend plans for improvement.
• Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) to the line manager and General Manager.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and contribute to the development of a prospects list.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to remain aware of market trends, ahead of the competition, and aligned with customer needs.
• Follow up on sales payments with customers to address any delays.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: Degree in any discipline, O/A Levels certificate.
• Years of Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in rental and lease sales in the GCC market.
