Key Responsibilities
- Sell the widest range of the company's products to assigned customers and provide feedback on any competitive activity within your area.
- Ensure proper implementation of planograms in customer locations.
- Issue special order requests as needed for customer requirements.
- Collect invoices according to the company's aging policy to maintain optimal cash flow.
- Prepare all necessary documents for the call cycle or business review prior to market engagements.
- Identify and report new customer opportunities in your area to the team leader.
- Drive sales efforts to engage all potential customers within your designated territory.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and communicate these to the sales team leader for resolution.
- Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or the distributor/accountant.
- Issue return forms for defective products when applicable and obtain approval from your supervisor before processing returns.
- Report any issues or objections encountered during customer interactions to the team leader if they cannot be resolved on-site.
- Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and obtain customer signatures/approvals.
- Perform inventory checks during each visit covering warehouses and shelves to ensure product availability and accuracy.
