Sales Executive

About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to attend to counter customers, identify and sell genuine spare parts, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve assigned sales and gross profit targets through effective counter sales.
• Attend to walk-in customers and workshop enquiries, accurately identifying required spare parts.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert them into sales.
• Recommend related parts and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely availability and delivery of parts.
• Follow up on back-order parts and keep customers updated on order status.
• Maintain accurate customer records and record lost sales in the system.
• Adhere to company pricing, discount, cash, and credit policies.
• Inform customers about promotions and special offers.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit required reports to the reporting manager.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by Management.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Diploma or graduate qualification in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales, preferably with a dealership.
• Knowledge of spare parts identification and Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC).
• Good customer service, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
