SALES EXECUTIVE

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of products to assigned customers while providing crucial feedback on competitive activities within your designated area. Your main focus will be on ensuring effective sales strategies and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sell the widest range of the company's products to assigned customers.
• Provide feedback regarding competition activity within the designated area.
• Ensure proper implementation of the planogram.
• Issue special order requests as needed.
• Collect invoices in accordance with the company's aging policy.
• Prepare all necessary documents for the call cycle or business review prior to market engagement.
• Identify and report new customers in the area to the team leader.
• Engage and sell to all potential customers.
• Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders to the team leader along with daily collections for the distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products when available and obtain approval from a superior before proceeding with the return.
• Report any issues or objections that arise which are beyond your resolution to the team leader.
• Review customer account reconciliations quarterly and obtain customer signatures/approvals.
• Perform inventory checks during each visit, covering both warehouses and shelves.
