Join the Sales Finance team at the company, where you will become part of a diverse and inclusive group of approximately 150 employees across four hubs in EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa). In this role, you will provide first-line business partnering to the META Sales team, supporting high-quality decision-making to enhance performance and maximize returns. Your contributions will also be instrumental in developing and monitoring strategic initiatives designed to drive growth within the route to market.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of all aspects of the business, developing critical goals and driving operational execution.
- Engage in target setting, partner account planning, demand generation, and other channel development and investment activities.
- Establish great communication to challenge and enable key business partners.
- Articulate findings from financial analysis and build maintainable relationships with external channel partners.
- Support cross-functional projects while ensuring integrity, attention to detail, and compliance with robust controls.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to understand, evaluate, and apply different business models effectively.
- Proven track record of value creation, leading change, and improving performance.
- Innovative team player with a forward-thinking approach.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong presentation skills.
- Degree-level education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytical mindset with strong grounding and understanding of Finance.
- Ability to navigate and manage ambiguity.
- Accountancy qualification preferred.
