Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will direct the management and optimization of the sales team. They will develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and solidify our presence in the market. The role involves achieving growth and hitting sales targets by effectively managing the team and assessing their strengths and weaknesses.

• Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and update financial records.
• Motivate and direct the Sales agents to meet financial targets.
• Provide specialist information, guidance, and advice to customers through excellent customer service to resolve queries.
• Ensure effective sales achievements by sourcing quality deals from various channels.
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and analysis to identify key insights and develop effective solutions that align with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Credit Card / Personal Loans business.
