Position

The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia to accelerate cloud revenue growth and deepen customer impact across a portfolio of strategic, named accounts. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping customer transformation journeys and positioning the company's cloud portfolio to deliver measurable, long-term business value. You will own the end-to-end customer strategy—driving adoption, expansion, and success—while leading high-impact engagements in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer-centric account strategies aligned to clients’ business priorities and digital transformation goals.
  • Drive cloud revenue growth through renewals, retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and sustain C-level and senior executive relationships across customer and partner organizations.
  • Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and value realization, ensuring tangible business outcomes.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, customer success, services) and implementation partners.
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of proven success in enterprise B2B and/or cloud software sales.
  • Prior experience in people management and sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions, subscription models, and customer value realization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and engage senior executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
