- Manage daily activities and plan and assign tasks to ensure adequate staffing.
- Support the sales team through training and feedback to improve performance, setting individual development goals.
- Ensure colleagues are trained on required standards and provided with the necessary tools to work efficiently.
- Assist with any team-related issues, such as recommending performance improvements.
- Foster teamwork by building strong relationships among different departments.
Financial
- Work towards achieving set sales targets and increasing overall profitability.
- Assist in achieving expected revenues by participating in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Develop and implement sales plans aimed at increasing occupancy, raising average rates, and boosting food and beverage sales.
- Prepare regular reports and market analysis to guide business activities and increase revenue.
Guest Experience
- Provide assistance to guests when they need support or information.
- Offer guests information about programs, local attractions, and restaurants to enhance their experience.
- Build relationships with key clients to enhance group sales opportunities.
- Coordinate activities between sales and other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsible Business
- Enhance the hotel's reputation and brand within the local community.
- Work on improving marketing activities and overall hotel sales performance in collaboration with other departments.
- Execute additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Accountability
This position encompasses sales responsibilities in a hotel, which may include managing some administrative aspects of sales.
Requirements
- Bato to four years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality.
- Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in the local language.
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
