Sales Manager – Cloud & AI Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Cloud & AI Solutions to own the sales lifecycle across the UAE and wider GCC region. This position is ideal for a commercially driven technology sales professional who can transform complex Cloud and AI solutions into real business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying the right accounts, engaging senior technology decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, collaborating with technical teams to develop solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and ultimately closing revenue-generating engagements.

You'll be engaging with a sophisticated portfolio that includes Cloud, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Generative AI/Agentic AI, Cloud Migration, and Managed Services.

What You'll Own

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospect identification through qualification, proposal, negotiation, close, and contract administration.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of ICP-fit opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
• Identify and engage senior technology decision-makers, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Directors of DevOps.
• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, partner referrals, email outreach, and cold calling.
• Apply structured BANT qualification to understand budget, authority, business need, technology environment, and timeline.
• Work closely with engineering and pre-sales teams to translate customer requirements into compelling technical proposals.
• Sell solutions across Cloud Migration, DevSecOps, SRE, Generative AI/Agentic AI, and Managed Services.
• Develop and manage relationships with AWS and other channel partners to generate co-sell and referral opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with CXO-level and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and deal information in Zoho CRM.
• Build sufficient pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Represent the organization at industry events, AWS partner forums, and client meetings across the region.

Compensation

• AED 120,000–140,000 per year, depending on experience.

Candidates must have:

• A dedicated, professional, and distraction-free workspace suitable for confidential client conversations and virtual meetings.
• A reliable computer capable of running business applications, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and other sales tools simultaneously.
• Reliable high-speed internet suitable for frequent video calls, online presentations, CRM activity, and other business-critical tasks.
• A professional webcam and headset/audio setup suitable for executive-level client meetings and presentations.
• A quiet environment with minimal background noise, particularly during client calls, sales presentations, and internal meetings.
• A reliable backup connectivity solution or contingency plan to maintain business continuity during internet disruptions.
• The ability to maintain consistent connectivity and availability during agreed working hours.
• The ability to independently manage day-to-day sales activities using CRM, communication, presentation, and other business systems.
• The ability to conduct professional virtual presentations and communicate effectively with clients, prospects, partners, and internal technical teams.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
You should bring:

• 7 - 10 years of experience in technology sales, business development, or new client acquisition.
• Proven experience selling AWS Cloud and Managed Services to enterprise customers in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of the Cloud and Managed Services landscape, including AWS, GCP, and Azure, with particular strength in AWS.
• A track record of selling within a technology company, Cloud/SaaS provider, or AWS Partner environment.
• Experience managing the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong experience with lead generation, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.
• An existing network of enterprise and/or channel contacts in the UAE is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English. Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience working with CRM and lead-generation tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, presentations, and data visualization.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
