Position

This position is focused on executing direct sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share within the assigned segments of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, collaborating with internal teams to craft proposals, and negotiating favorable deals. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of proven sales experience within IT Solutions, Managed Services, or related industries.
  • Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Digital Transformation) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a solid track record in B2B sales.
  • Strong account management skills and a deep understanding of the IT solutions landscape, including Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Data Centers, and Managed Services.
  • Ability to effectively articulate and simplify technical offerings to clients and partners.
  • Experienced in solution selling, managed services, and a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office tools.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented individual who can work under pressure.
