Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Stay informed on market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of products for effective positioning.
  • Work with product, marketing, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Directly contribute to the company's revenue growth by meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Provide market feedback for product development and innovation.
  • Assist in expanding into new markets or product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree (optional): An MBA or relevant graduate degree may be preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10+ years sales or account management experience, preferably in enterprise solutions or IT.
  • Proven record of over-achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience in low-code/no-code solutions, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Business Process Management (BPM).

Attributes and Behaviours

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Partner with internal teams to align on client needs and company goals.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a crucial requirement for this role, as the individual will be interacting extensively with government entities.
