About the role To source mortgage loans to salaried individuals and individuals owning businesses in the UAE, the role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers of the company. Key Responsibilities - Acquire High Net Worth mortgage customers for the company, particularly in Private Banking. - Consistently exceed monthly KPI targets and achieve monthly sales targets throughout the financial year. - Lead mortgage business development initiatives within targeted segments, including real estate partners and approved mortgage brokers, as well as in residential and commercial developments. - Adhere to all policies concerning KYC/AML as set out by the company at any given time. - Ensure full accreditation for selling mortgages and Islamic solutions. - Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update the CRM for leads and contacts. - Participate in all team activities, including morning huddles, training, coaching, and mandatory compliance and fraud training, as well as in Lean & rewards celebrations. - Follow market intelligence concerning internal needs and competitor activity. - Maintain professional, technical, and product knowledge by attending various training and sales workshops as guided by management. - Ensure adherence to control requirements of the business in line with company policies to promote quality growth. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience - Sales experience in the field of Mortgages is required. - 2-3 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 1 year in Mortgage sales. - Adequate knowledge of products, service policies, and processes related to mortgages.
