About the Role
We are seeking a highly presentable, dynamic, and articulate Sales Officer / Luxury Consultant to serve as the front-of-house face of our premium interior design and luxury furniture brand in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine a deep passion for luxury interiors with exceptional client-facing skills, a strong personal or brand presence on social media (specifically Instagram), and a proven track record in high-end sales. You will engage with VIP clients, interior designers, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to deliver bespoke interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front-of-House Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary, polished ambassador and "face of the company" in our luxury showroom.
- Welcome high-profile clientele, understand their aesthetic and functional requirements, and provide expert sales advice on luxury furniture and interior concepts.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from initial consultation and design proposals to closing high-value transactions.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with luxury buyers, architects, and interior design firms across the region.
2. Social Media & Brand Representation
- Represent the brand confidently across social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram.
- Create engaging video content, showroom walk-throughs, product showcases, and reels.
- Leverage personal presentation and digital savviness to elevate the showroom’s online visibility and attract high-end leads.
3. Interior & Design Advisory
- Collaborate with in-house teams to present cohesive luxury furniture packages and interior decor proposals.
- Stay updated on modern luxury interior trends, high-end materials, and bespoke furniture finishes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven luxury furniture, high-end interior design, or premium home décor sales experience.
- Availability: Immediately available / Currently non-employed preferred for quick onboarding.
- Presentation & Personality: Exceptionally well-groomed, highly polished, articulate, and confident in front of the camera for Instagram engagement.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of high-end furniture aesthetics, spatial layouts, and luxury interior design principles.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary: AED 10,000 to AED 15,000/month (commensurate with experience).
