Job Accountabilities & Activities
Planning:
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to plan and develop sales strategies aimed at expanding the customer base in the branch and setting sales goals.
Team Management:
- Supervise the activities of the sales team to ensure sales targets are met.
- Assist the Sales Manager in providing technical support to sales engineers and the service team.
- Follow up with the sales team regarding customer visits.
- Support the sales team in managing customer complaints.
Reporting:
- Prepare monthly sales reports for all divisions.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Build, develop, and maintain customer satisfaction through visits and telephone calls.
- Collaborate with the Aftersales Division to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Increase market share in the assigned region.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Report sales activities in a timely manner to the direct manager.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a sales-related field.
Required Years of Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in sales.
