Sales Operations Analyst

About the Role
If you are a data-driven professional who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, strategy, and operations, there is an exciting opportunity for you as a Sales Operations Analyst. You will be responsible for driving sales excellence, business performance insights, and operational efficiency. This role involves partnering closely with Sales Leaders, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to support strategic growth initiatives and ensure effective execution of the sales process.

You will play a key role in sales analytics, forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, reporting automation, and CRM optimization while providing actionable business insights that support growth and operational effectiveness.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop dashboards, reports, and datasets to monitor sales performance, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from CRM, ERP, and business intelligence platforms to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor pipeline quality and opportunity progression to improve forecast reliability and revenue predictability.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting enhancements that increase sales productivity.
• Support territory planning, account segmentation, and coverage optimization initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for strategic account planning by identifying customer trends, whitespace opportunities, and revenue growth areas.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to evaluate lead generation effectiveness, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Conduct ad hoc commercial analyses, market assessments, and business performance reviews.
• Support sales leadership with forecasting, planning, and business review processes.
• Continuously evaluate sales operations processes and recommend best practices that improve scalability, efficiency, and forecast accuracy.

For This Role, You Will Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar solutions.
• Strong data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development skills.
• Understanding of market trends, sales processes, and business performance metrics.

• Knowledge of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning methodologies.

• Proven success in a Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Commercial Operations function.
