Overview:
The Sales Operations Manager is the commercial infrastructure owner of the organization. This role ensures that the regional sales engine — which encompasses direct sales, channel, and customer success — operates with the data accuracy, process discipline, and analytical clarity required to scale the business across the Middle East and all brands. The role owner partners closely with the Managing Director on planning, forecasting, and performance management, and serves as the primary connection point between the regional commercial team and global Finance and Compliance functions.

Your Task:

  • Own and manage the sales operations function, ensuring the commercial engine runs with accuracy, discipline, and visibility across all brands and territories.
  • Manage and continuously improve the CRM platform (Salesforce), including pipeline hygiene standards, stage definitions, data integrity governance, and user adoption across the sales and channel teams.
  • Design and own the regional sales reporting framework: weekly pipeline reports, monthly revenue dashboards, quarterly business reviews, and ad-hoc analysis requested by the Managing Director and global stakeholders.
  • Support the annual planning cycle: territory design, quota allocation, headcount modeling, and go-to-market capacity planning in coordination with the Managing Director and brand leads.
  • Own the deal desk function: review non-standard commercial terms, coordinate internal approvals, and maintain pricing governance aligned with policies and distributor agreements.
  • Administer and audit partner deal registration, Market Development Funds (MDF) claims, and channel incentive programs in coordination with the Channel Manager and distribution partners.
  • Coordinate bid and tender commercial operations: compile pricing schedules, manage internal sign-off workflows, and maintain a tender log for the region.
  • Track and report sales performance against KPIs for all roles: quota attainment, pipeline coverage, win/loss rates, average deal size, renewal rates, and multi-brand attach rates.
  • Support commission and variable compensation administration in collaboration with global HR and Finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of incentive payouts.
  • Identify friction points in the sales process and drive structured process improvement initiatives across the full sales cycle.
  • Maintain a library of commercial templates: pricing sheets, proposal frameworks, order forms, and partner program documentation.
  • Onboard new sales, channel, and customer success team members on CRM usage, commercial processes, and reporting standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the regional sales function and global Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance teams on operational matters.
  • Provide competitive intelligence support: maintain a structured database of win/loss data, competitor pricing observations, and market sizing inputs.
  • Travel within the GCC when required to support partner commercial operations, sales kick-offs, and regional business reviews.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations roles in software, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Proven experience managing CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), including pipeline governance, reporting builds, and user administration.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to build dashboards, interpret pipeline data, model quota scenarios, and surface actionable insights from sales data.
  • Experience with deal desk, pricing governance, and commercial approval workflows.
  • Familiarity with channel and distribution operations — deal registration, partner incentives, MDF management — is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting tender and bid commercial processes is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the AEC, BIM, or construction technology market landscape is a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills: able to work effectively with Sales, Channel, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and global stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented working style.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and reporting; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Self-driven, discreet with commercial data, and comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth regional entity.
  • Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; occasional travel across GCC required.
