You'll be responsible for driving the adoption of this strategy across the Sales/Account Management (AM) organization, ensuring 100% adherence to recommended guidelines while demonstrating clear uplift and value—improving restaurant partners’ satisfaction particularly regarding AM-specific items. The position also requires collaboration with both local (Dubai) and central (Berlin) Product and Tech teams to design Gen-AI based restaurant engagement solutions.

Your goal will be to build streamlined, standardized processes throughout the sales funnel, optimizing AM bandwidth by automating tactical and operational tasks. Additionally, managing the Training workstream is essential to improve the capabilities of AMs across the 8 Talabat markets, identifying ways to track and evaluate impact.

You'll also own the ongoing AM Bonus and incentive strategy, utilizing it to influence organizational priorities effectively. Partnering with internal Data teams to implement dashboards and KPI frameworks will help monitor effectiveness and pinpoint optimization areas.

Finally, as the voice of the Sales and AM team, you will prioritize and shape product requirements for internal tools that facilitate scale and automation.

Qualifications
You should bring 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or related fields—preferably in a tech-enabled or marketplace business. Leading medium-sized strategy teams (3-4 HC) is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are critical, allowing you to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior leadership around commercial objectives. Experience with data and metrics for driving process improvements is essential.

Familiarity with Salesforce, including building automations across GTM workflows, in addition to understanding sales funnel dynamics, pipeline management, and account lifecycle strategies is preferred. Additionally, experience with or a strong understanding of GenAI use cases in a GTM context is advantageous.
