Sales Operations & Support Senior Analyst

About the Job:
The Sales Operations & Support Senior Analyst position at the company involves supporting sales activities and improving the sales process. Key responsibilities include:

• Daily updates on Oracle Sales Cloud (e.g., tracking quotations and registered details).
• Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports from Oracle Sales Cloud.
• Drafting purchase order acknowledgments with essential project details.
• Assisting in the arrangement of Prequalification/Technical Submittals (including test certificates and BOQs).
• Organizing job files (quotations and test certificates in both soft and hard copies).
• Gaining comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and the sales process.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Order processing is a crucial aspect of this role, requiring the collection of all documentation related to customer orders and associated quotations to ensure alignment with the company's sales order process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in client/team coordination.
• Strong customer satisfaction orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Skilled in using Configure One (C1) and Oracle Sales Cloud.
• Solid analytical skills with strong Excel capabilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Flexible in handling tasks outside the specific job function.

Language Skills:

• Proficient in English.
