Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance our financial service offerings for SMEs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine product features.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including merchants and partners.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all financial activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the fintech industry, particularly within SME financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital payment solutions and financial technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
