Sales Representative Pharmacy - H

About the Role
The role is focused on identifying selling opportunities and achieving sales targets, profitability, and a superior in-store presence by implementing sales fundamentals such as distribution, shelving, display, and pricing across various accounts and outlets. The position requires active evaluation of customer needs to align sales strategies with market demands.

Key Accountabilities

• Visit all outlets on a daily basis according to scheduled plans to ensure the implementation of sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing, and displays.
• Achieve sales collection and targets by customer and by product line as per monthly and annual goals.
• Ensure the availability of all range of SKUs in accordance with the Retail Performance Standards (RPS) to establish a superior in-store presence.
• Provide reports on competitor activities, initiatives, and new launches.
• Sign new account files for all customers and ensure they are finalized appropriately.
• Ensure proper monitoring and execution of customer trade contracts.
• Provide accurate reports of stock expiries and damages.
• Undertake any other duties or assignments as required by management.
