About the Role
This position focuses on identifying selling opportunities and achieving sales targets, profitability, and superior in-store presence by implementing sales fundamentals such as distribution, shelving, display, and pricing across various accounts and outlets. The role involves actively evaluating customer needs to ensure effective sales strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit all outlets on a daily basis according to scheduled plans and ensure the implementation of sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing, and displays.
• Achieve sales collection and targets by customer and product line in alignment with monthly and annual goals.
• Ensure the availability of the full range of SKUs as per Retail Performance Standards (RPS) to establish superior in-store presence.
• Provide reports on competitor activities, initiatives, and new product launches.
• Sign off on new account opening files for all customers and finalize them.
• Ensure proper monitoring and execution of customer trade contracts.
• Provide clear reports on stock expiries and damages.
• Undertake additional duties or assignments as required by management.
