About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to identify selling opportunities and achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability and superior in-store presence. This will be accomplished by implementing sales fundamentals, including distribution, shelving, display, and pricing across various accounts and outlets, while actively evaluating customer needs.

Key Accountabilities

• Visit all outlets on a daily basis according to scheduled plans to ensure the implementation of sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing, and displays.
• Achieve sales collection and targets by customer and by product line according to monthly and annual objectives.
• Ensure the availability of the entire range of SKUs in line with the Retail Performance Standard (RPS) to establish a superior in-store presence.
• Provide reports on competition activities, initiatives, and product launches.
• Sign and finalize new account files for all customers.
• Ensure proper monitoring and execution of customer trade contracts.
• Provide adequate reports on stock expiries and damages.
• Undertake additional duties or assignments as required by management.
