Sales / Solutions Engineer (MEA)

As a Solutions Engineer, you will establish technical credibility with prospective clients and collaborate closely with sales representatives and channel partners to help achieve customer goals using Yubico solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Yubico's products and ecosystem.
• Collaborate with sales reps to meet target sales quotas.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain existing customer relationships to expand product usage and improve security.
• Develop and deliver successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and technical consulting engagements.
• Communicate customer requirements to engineering and marketing teams.
• Actively participate in solution development for new markets and industries.
• Enhance customer experience through workshops, conferences, and documentation.
• Work effectively in a rapidly evolving company environment.
• Travel as needed (20-40%).

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years in technical customer interaction roles (Solutions/Sales Engineering or Pre-sales).
• Proficient in configuring and installing enterprise technologies (network infrastructure, virtualization, web applications for Windows, Mac, and Linux).
• Capable of troubleshooting across various operating systems.
• Knowledgeable about security technologies and protocols (two-factor authentication, IAM, SSO, VPN, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
• Language Requirement: Bilingual in Arabic and English; must be a native Arabic speaker.
