Sales Specialist

About the Role
The position involves establishing new relationships and maintaining existing ones with customers. The role focuses on managing and interpreting customer requirements, as well as persuading clients that the proposed products or services best satisfy their needs.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

• Conduct presentations, product trials, and manage proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
• Build technical and commercial proposals and present offers based on the customer’s scope and requirements.
• Achieve the provided financial targets on a periodic basis.
• Function as a liaison to end-users, customers, project management teams, and technical support regarding solution and implementation specifics.
• Provide detailed specifications and statements of work (SOW) for customer requests and new requirements.
• Develop solution architecture and detailed line-item configurations/Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Respond to pre-sales and post-sales customer queries related to product/solution presentation, demonstration, design, and specifications.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

Required Years of Experience

• 2+ years of software sales experience in mid or large enterprises, with a focus on selling software solutions to enterprises, preferably SaaS model products/solutions.
