About the Role
As part of the sales team, the primary role is to maximize our on-shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser. The merchandiser may conduct in-store sampling sessions and promotions when required. Adherence to planograms for both on and off-shelf displays is essential. Any non-compliance to agreed arrangements must be reported to the pre-seller immediately. Additionally, the merchandiser is required to supply the pre-seller with the latest market information to leverage selling opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Call on specific OT outlets as per the daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
- Merchandize products within your OT stores across various access points, including shelf, stand, and floor displays.
- Place POS materials wherever applicable next to the displays.
- Ensure all access points are merchandised according to approved planograms.
- Rotate products using the FIFO method and remove any sub-standard items.
- Maintain a clean and fresh stock of products on the shelf at all times.
- Monitor and report competitive activities.
- Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer/outlet.
- Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.
- Participate in sampling/redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with the code of conduct.

Qualifications
Experience / Competencies Required
- Valid driving license.
- Service-level oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
