Sales Specialist (Off Plan)

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Off Plan Sales Specialist with UAE real estate experience to join our team. This role focuses on leveraging strong knowledge of Dubai developers and projects to convert investment inquiries into successful real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Convert investment inquiries into successful transactions.
• Present off-plan projects and handle property investment inquiries effectively.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including developers, projects, payment plans, and current market trends.
• Demonstrate outstanding sales performance and convert leads into clients.
• Utilize strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales will be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market landscape.
• Proven experience in presenting off-plan projects.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused, and able to work independently.
