Sales Specialist

About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to establish new relationships and maintain existing ones with customers. You will be responsible for managing and interpreting customer requirements while persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

• Conduct presentations, product trials, and manage proofs of concept (POCs).
• Build technical and commercial proposals and present offers based on the customer’s scope and requirements.
• Achieve the provided financial targets on a periodic basis.
• Act as a liaison between end-users, customers, project management teams, and technical support regarding solution and implementation specifics.
• Provide detailed specifications and statements of work (SOW) for customer requests and new requirements.
• Develop solution architecture and detailed line-item configurations/Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Respond to pre-sales and post-sales customer queries related to product/solution presentations and demonstrations, as well as solution design and specifications.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Years of Experience

• 2+ years of software sales experience in mid or large enterprises. Experience in selling software solutions to enterprises, preferably SaaS model products/solutions.
