What You Will Do
- Support customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable fire protection solutions.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow-up communication for new and repeat opportunities.
- Review specifications, project requirements, and product selections to ensure accurate configurations.
- Provide application support for fire detection products and PAVA system solutions.
- Work with sales, customer service, product management, and technical services to deliver timely support.
- Apply solutions in line with BS5839, NFPA, and other relevant international codes and standards.
- Maintain quotation reporting, customer follow-up, and market feedback on trends and applications.

- Stay close to the customer need and the application by asking the right questions and reviewing specifications carefully.
- Work as one team across functions to remove obstacles and keep opportunities moving forward.
- Improve every day through candor and problem-solving, learning from each case and strengthening future proposals.
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, estimation, design, or technical sales of fire detection products or related fire protection solutions, preferably in the GCC market.
- Good working knowledge of fire and voice alarm design and installation standards, including BS5839 and NFPA.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to review technical specifications, prepare quotations, and handle customer queries accurately.
Nice to Have
- Experience with fire products, fire detection systems, or PAVA system solutions.
- Experience working with wholesale distributors or channel partners.
- Exposure to SAP or similar quotation and order-processing systems.
