Major Activities
- Coordinate the effective handling of waiting customers by facilitating and expediting the vehicle delivery process through constant follow-ups with the Stock Yard Supervisor and drivers.
- Communicate with staff from other departments, such as stockyard, vehicle distribution, finance, and warehouse to expedite vehicle dispatch.
- Engage in dialogue with the Sales team to discuss sales target issues, customer complaints, and improvement opportunities through regular meetings.
- Participate in meetings with the Sales team for updates on product knowledge to enhance confidence and performance.
- Utilize databases or other computerized systems to maintain updated customer records and vehicle sold but not delivered, using live dashboards with standard calculations and report statistics.
- Coordinate the final invoicing and appian process by following standard operating procedures to complete transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process sales invoices to ensure that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and promptly.
- Perform documentation and handle legal government relations matters pertaining to the sales function to minimize legal implications for the business (applicable to both new vehicle and used car operations).
