Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Management & Governance

  • Drafting & Preparation: Draft standard customer contracts, master service agreements, and custom addendums based on approved commercial terms.
  • Contract Archiving & Tracking: Maintain a secure, up-to-date digital and physical contract archive for all accounts across Saudi Arabia.
  • Signature Routing: Manage the internal and external signature collection process (including e-signatures and official stamps) to ensure fully executed agreements.
  • Custody & Uncontracted Accounts: Identify customer accounts with missing contracts or active device/reagent custodies, driving administrative resolution and formal contract alignment.
  • Proactive Renewal Management: Track contract expiration dates across all territories and issue formal 6-month expiration notifications to respective Account Managers to initiate renewal strategies early.

2. Commercial Execution & Order Validation

  • Offer Drafting: Prepare official commercial offers once the deal is approved, turn it into a PDF letter in the format that the customer desires and create quotation packages for both simple transactional requests and complex bundled solutions.
  • Expiration Date Validation: Verify product shelf-life/validity dates for incoming customer orders against customer specifications; directly liaise with customers to secure formal acceptance for short-dated items before fulfillment.
  • GPPRR Billing Follow-Up: Support the Account Manager with the operational activities around billing.
  • Returns & Discrepancy Management: Coordinate with KAMs and internal supply chain teams to handle order rejections, near-expiry issues, or wrong item returns, ensuring documentation is correctly updated.
  • Proactive Stock & Contract Alignment: Work closely with account managers to verify whether requested items fall under active customer contracts before order processing to prevent fulfillment delays.

3. Support in Customer Interactions

  • Reserve meeting rooms, manage catering, and set up AV equipment for key customer negotiations, C-level engagements, and customer workshops.

Who Are You?
You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering operational quality that supports healthcare delivery.

  • Relevant experience: You bring 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, commercial administration, or contract management.
  • Bilingual communication: You possess professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), enabling you to draft commercial documents and engage with local healthcare partners with confidence.
  • Technical proficiency: You have hands-on experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise platforms (such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems).
  • Prioritization and attention to detail: You demonstrate strong organizational capabilities, thorough follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.
  • Collaborative mindset: You build positive working relationships across diverse internal and external teams, approaching complex operational workflows with a constructive, solution-oriented attitude.

At the company, we aim high to deliver life-changing healthcare solutions. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact on patients and healthcare systems worldwide, this is the place for you.
