Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets by coordinating resources from marketing, sales specialists, consulting, and client services to promote the company's offerings effectively.
  • Ensure the sales team is properly staffed, trained, and deployed for maximum coverage.
  • Develop and execute account plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies based on new offerings or significant market changes.
  • Assign accounts and revenue goals to sales teams, directing their activities to achieve or exceed assigned targets in large, complex accounts.
  • Take a proactive approach to contract strategies, expanding the scope of existing contracts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key executives and decision-makers within assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in global and regional account management for high-profile business pursuits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • A minimum of nine years of relevant experience.
