We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator who strives for the highest engineering quality and process efficiency. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work with several popular business systems and deliver a first-class experience to the company's business operations. The Business Systems team, which encompasses systems like NetSuite and Salesforce, collaborates closely with both engineering and business teams to implement business processes and ensure system compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
- Learn the company business processes.
- Depending on your seniority, coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback.
- Develop and evangelize excellent engineering and organizational practices.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events, lasting up to two weeks.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Performance engineering and security experience.
- Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles.
Work Conditions:
- This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.
- Distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person.
