The role includes responsibilities within the Commercial Systems unit, collaborating with engineering and business teams. The Business Systems team oversees various platforms, including NetSuite and Salesforce, working closely with operations teams to implement business processes and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Collaborate on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
- Learn and understand the company's business processes.
- Depending on your seniority, coach and mentor team members.
- Advocate for great engineering and organizational practices.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to exceed expectations and achieve outstanding results.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Professional written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
- Result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events (up to two weeks long).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Performance engineering and security experience.
- Familiarity with accounting, sales, sales operations, or related business roles.
Language Requirements:
- Proficient in professional written and spoken English.
