We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator who strives for the highest engineering quality and process efficiency, seeks improvements, continuously develops their skills, and applies them in their work. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with several popular business systems and deliver a first-class experience to the company's business operations.
The Commercial Systems unit encompasses various responsibilities spread across five engineering teams, closely collaborating with other engineering and business teams at the company. The Business Systems team is responsible for systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and several others. Team members work closely with operations teams to implement business processes and ensure compliance. This role is ideal for an individual with a genuine interest in understanding business dynamics, high engineering standards, and a drive to deliver excellence to employees using these systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Collaborate on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
- Learn the company's business processes.
- Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback depending on your seniority.
- Develop and promote effective engineering and organizational practices.
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative career path.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with a personal drive to meet commitments.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long.
Preferred Skills:
- Performance engineering and security experience.
- Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles.
