Salesforce Architect

The company is seeking a Salesforce Architect with over 12 years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This full-time, on-site position requires a professional who can analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex to enhance financial operations.
• Building and integrating Salesforce solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs for real-time and batch data synchronization.
• Customizing Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts to improve user experience and data integrity.
• Leveraging Salesforce Platform tools and AppExchange solutions for extended functionality and scalability.
• Managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and system configurations to ensure secure and compliant environments.
• Leading data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation using tools like Data Loader and third-party ETL tools.
• Ensuring data integrity, reconciliation, and auditability throughout migration from legacy systems into Salesforce.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Documenting solution designs and creating technical specifications for ongoing support and scalability.
• Facilitating business process mapping, requirement gathering, and workshops to align Salesforce solutions with financial and ERP objectives.

Qualifications Required:

• Master’s degree in computer applications or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
• Expertise in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce administration.
• Familiarity with version control tools, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments.
• Experience working with Agile delivery frameworks.
