Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex to enhance financial operations.
- Building and integrating Salesforce solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs for real-time and batch data synchronization.
- Customizing Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts to improve user experience and data integrity.
- Leveraging Salesforce Platform tools and AppExchange solutions for extended functionality and scalability.
- Managing user roles, profiles, permission sets, and system configurations to ensure secure and compliant environments.
- Leading data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation using tools like Data Loader and third-party ETL tools.
- Ensuring data integrity, reconciliation, and auditability throughout migration from legacy systems into Salesforce.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Documenting solution designs and creating technical specifications for ongoing support and scalability.
- Facilitating business process mapping, requirement gathering, and workshops to align Salesforce solutions with financial and ERP objectives.
Qualifications Required:
- Master’s degree in computer applications or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
- Expertise in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce administration.
- Familiarity with version control tools, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments.
- Experience working with Agile delivery frameworks.
