Salesforce Business Analyst

The company is currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and enhance processes, translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and conduct stakeholder workshops
• Develop user stories, process mapping, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing
• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, workflows, and integrations
• Utilize strong communication and stakeholder management skills
