Responsibilities:
- Design scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to deliver intuitive user journeys.
- Define robust architectures for SFDC Sales Cloud implementations that optimize sales processes, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy, ensuring compliance with security guidelines.
- Provide technical oversight for SFDC Lightning component frameworks to improve usability, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop integration patterns for SFDC scenarios to ensure reliable data synchronization and maintain data quality.
- Guide development and customization efforts to translate complex business requirements into maintainable configurations and custom components.
- Review configuration changes for adherence to coding standards and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with support teams to analyze production issues and propose design improvements for seamless operations.
- Engage with user experience specialists to translate designs into Salesforce solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for release strategies and deployment sequencing.
- Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes to minimize regression issues.
- Promote configuration-first and declarative approaches to Salesforce platforms.
- Prepare design documents and guidelines to support stable Salesforce landscapes.
- Advise on environment strategy, data migration plans, and testing approaches for new Salesforce capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 10 to 14 years of technology experience focused on Salesforce platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
- Experience with SFDC integration patterns and ensuring reliable data exchange.
- Proven capability in SFDC Lightning design and development.
- Solid experience in SFDC configuration, including object modeling and security configuration.
- Strong background in SFDC development using best practices that emphasize quality and performance.
- Knowledge of user experience principles and collaboration with designers.
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Excellent communication skills to convey architectural concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous learning in the Salesforce ecosystem.
