Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer will support the implementation, development, and maintenance of Salesforce applications according to business requirements. Key responsibilities include developing and supporting Lightning Components, Visualforce Pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, Static Resources, and SOQL, as well as integrating with third-party systems. Close collaboration with business teams is essential for gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and providing solutions, including technical design and specifications.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, 3 Month Contract

Key Focus Areas:

1. Salesforce Expertise:

   • 5-7 years of development experience in Salesforce Apps using Lightning, Visualforce Pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and SOQL.
   • Experience with Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
   • Proficient in Lightning Development (LWC).
   • Relevant certifications (e.g., Dev 401, Admin 201) are required.
   • Familiarity with integrations with other systems; knowledge of Informatica, Drawloop, and DocuSign is a plus.

2. Solutions & Business Processes:

   • Ability to lead requirement-gathering discussions with stakeholders.
   • Strong solution design and problem-solving skills.
   • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
   • Technical documentation preparation and user training.

3. General Skills:

   • Proficient in logging tickets and coordinating enhancement requests with Salesforce support.
   • Collaboration with different teams is required.
   • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4. Relevant Experience:

   • Regional experience is advantageous.
   • Previous experience in a Freezone is a plus.
