This position requires technical expertise to build applications and integrations using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). The Salesforce Developer will participate in data and org migrations and should be familiar with DataWeave scripting to accomplish data transformations programmatically. As part of the Sales Effectiveness team, this role also includes participation in team development activities such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
The position reports to our Denver, Colorado, USA location, requiring a shift that overlaps four hours with US Mountain time.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the analysis and review of business requirements and design solutions.
- Engage in the full application life cycle from design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Apply best practices to Salesforce.com solutions, including custom code for enhancements and integrations.
- Develop and document regression, use case, and unit testing scenarios.
- Maintain compliance with code check-in, backup/recovery, and versioning processes.
- Integrate Salesforce.com solutions into client software environments and databases.
- Support the customization and development of third-party applications.
- Collaborate with team members on development, customer issues, and security requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWCs.
- 3+ years of development experience with Lightning Flow.
- 1+ years of scripting/development experience with DataWeave.
- 2+ years of development experience with CSS, JavaScript, and HTML5.
- Experience with migrating data and functionality between Salesforce orgs.
- Ability to work with ETL tools and perform data transformation and migration.
- Strong analytical skills, including complex technical problem solving.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours to match the American Mountain time zone.
