Salesforce Developer

We are looking to engage a Salesforce Developer to support ongoing projects, system enhancements, and optimization initiatives across CRM, Collections, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Duration: 4-6 months (extendable)
Payroll: the company
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days max
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and small-to-medium project components within agreed timelines.
• Work on integration touchpoints between Salesforce and external platforms (APIs, middleware).
• Implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation to support business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Assist in improving system performance and user experience through targeted optimizations.
• Provide documentation for configurations, developments, and enhancements delivered during the contract.
• Support knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure continuity post-engagement.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proven experience working on Salesforce enhancements and project-based deliveries.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs/middleware.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a delivery-oriented mindset.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
