We are seeking an innovative and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects that involve Salesforce and integrations across the business. The successful candidate will engage in custom development, support end users, and ensure seamless data flow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Implement declarative configurations such as Flows, validation rules, and dynamic forms
- Develop and maintain custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins and stakeholders to gather technical requirements
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to best practices
- Participate in release management and deploy changes using tools like Gearset or Copado
Desired Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required
- Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification is required
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Other Capabilities
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
