Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce development efforts and manage related projects.
Oversee the implementation of Salesforce customer portals and Lightning Web Components.
Ensure successful execution of complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Drive Agile development methodology and SDLC/DevOps practices within the team.
Implement and manage Salesforce CI/CD development pipelines.
Engage directly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Salesforce Development.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce customer portals including Lightning Web Components.
Proven experience with Agile development methodology and SDLC/DevOps practices.
Previous experience with Salesforce CI/CD pipeline implementation and management is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with direct client-facing experience.
Strong knowledge and experience in Integration are essential.
