About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer Lead to join our UAE operations. This role demands expertise in Salesforce Development and the ability to lead a team effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing Salesforce customer portals and be familiar with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Development projects, ensuring high-quality implementation and delivery.
• Work with Lightning Web Components and manage complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Implement and manage Salesforce CI/CD development pipelines.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Employ Agile development practices along with SDLC/DevOps methodologies to enhance project workflows.
• Drive integration processes to ensure seamless functionality across components.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong knowledge of integration methods and practices in Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce customer portals is essential.
• Strong communication skills with previous direct client-facing experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is required.
