Salesforce Developer (Offshore)

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our UAE operations. This position requires proficiency in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of both customer portals and enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications and customer portals using Lightning Web Components.
• Implement and manage complex enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Adhere to Agile development methodologies and SDLC/DevOps practices.
• Manage Salesforce CI/CD development pipeline and ensure its effective implementation.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure project requirements are met.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate Salesforce solutions with other systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce customer portals and complex enterprise implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodology.
• Proven experience in managing Salesforce CI/CD development pipelines is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
• Excellent understanding of integration processes.
