Salesforce Developer (Offshore)

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our offshore team for our operations in the UAE. This role is crucial for enhancing our Salesforce capabilities and delivering outstanding services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including customer portals and Lightning Web Components.
• Lead complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Utilize Agile development methodology alongside SDLC/DevOps practices for project execution.
• Implement and manage Salesforce CI/CD development pipeline.
• Collaborate directly with clients, ensuring effective communication and project understanding.
• Participate in integration efforts to connect Salesforce with other systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Salesforce Development.
• Proven experience working with Salesforce customer portals and complex implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile development and SDLC/DevOps practices.
• Strong experience in managing Salesforce CI/CD development pipelines is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of system integration processes.

Contract and Joining Details

• Joining timeframe is 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).
