Job Purpose:
To support the implementation, development, and maintenance of Salesforce applications as per business requirements. Responsibilities include developing and supporting Lightning components, Visualforce Pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Components, Batch Classes, Schedule Management, Static Resources, and SOQL. The role also involves integrating with third-party systems and collaborating with business teams to gather requirements, analyze, and provide technical solutions.
Salesforce Expertise:
- Minimum 5-7 years of development experience using Lightning, Visualforce Pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Components, Batch Classes, Schedule Management, Static Resources, and SOQL.
- Experience in Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
- Expertise in Lightning Development – LWC.
- Relevant certifications: Dev 401, Admin 201.
- Experience with integration of various systems.
- Knowledge of Informatica, Drawloop, and DocuSign Integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with searching and implementing applications from the App Exchange to meet business needs.
Solutions & Business Processes:
- Ability to lead discussions for requirement gathering with business stakeholders.
- Strong solution design and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capable of preparing required technical documentation.
- Experience in preparing training materials and conducting user training.
General Skills:
- Working knowledge of logging tickets and enhancement requests.
- Coordination with Salesforce support.
- Collaboration with different teams.
- Clear and effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
